EWC provides sales staff training and certification through Elite Wine Academy. The training for Distributor or Importer Sales Staff pursues an integrated educational program that combines highly relevant wine knowledge and its practical use in trade presentations. Distributors and Import Portfolio Managers face the unique challenge of communicating a brands unique value to potential clients. In an ever deepening ocean of brands and choices, the ability to successfully establish this cognitive link is absolutely essential to market penetration, brand growth and long term sustainability. In support of this challenge, we also provide active field assessment and training of sales personnel with respect to new product placement, client cultivation and brand growth. 


Optional ongoing support services include an RA & E (Route Analysis and Evaluation), BPE (Brand Position Evaluation and an optional FAP (Focused Action Plan).
