Our services are available on an individual project basis or on either short or long-term management contract that would also include ongoing marketing support, wine program management including new staff training and performance evaluation.

Elite Wine Academy offers courses in Wine Foundations, Certification Courses and Advanced Certification Level Courses suitable for all floor staff members, bartenders, bar managers, sommeliers and wine program managers.
