Elite Wine Academy offers courses in Wine Foundations, Certification Courses and Advanced Certification Level Courses suitable for all floor staff members, bartenders, bar managers, sommeliers and wine program managers.

The Training goes beyond the wine theory and service aspects and delves into interactive sales and client development. Our training seeks to leverage wine programs as the business magnet and experience enhancer they should always be. Sales is more than about selling, it is an avenue to enhanced experiences and relationship building. Best practices like suggestive selling, wine sampling and conversion selling are all part of the "experience". When done correctly with grace , it builds relationships and goodwill with your clients. Someday they will need to buy a bottle of wine and they'll have a selection that they liked, thanks to you and your staff. This very bottle may be purchased in your establishment when they are entertaining that business client that does enjoy wine.
