A certificate of completion is issued to each enrolled student completing the course. An optional exam is offered with everyone scoring 90% or better receiving a Level One Certification in Italian Wines. This course is an excellent prep class for the Mastering Italian Wines Course. While not required as a pre-requisite, it is highly recommended as the Mastering Italian Wine course does reference some of the foundational material in this class and the Foundations courses, that it is assumed you already have mastered. We will not have time to cover any foundational material during this course.
